Tempo: Allocations per component

Hi there!

We have some difficult question for developers of tempo planer plugin v 2.0

Description:
If we click on component title, JIRA will open current component in project (like a link). Before, in tempo planner v 1.0 when doing this we can browse all users who assigment in Tempo Callendar (pop-up will display on screen and show us full list of assignee, if we click on Component Name)

I am attach exemple of tp v1.0 functionallity in attach, please read.
