Tempo Cost Tracker how to hide Global Settings

Is there a way to hide the Global Settings in Tempo Cost Tracker? Ideally we only want Admins to be able to view/change them

@Lauren Cooper  Cost Tracker has some specific permissions - the key being Tempo Cost Tracker Access which is a global permission and can only be granted by a Jira Admin.

The Cost Tracker project and its settings are not visible to any user until they are granted access to the project.  Once they are granted access to the Cost Tracker roject, they are able to see all the settings.

Hi @Lauren Cooper ,

just Tempo Administrators, in global settings, should have access to this menu.

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ 

that just does not seem to apply.

We ran into the same issue within Jira Cloud. Everybody with global permission "Tempo Cost Tracker Access" is able to see (and edit) the Tempo Cost Tracker "Global Settings".

We have set up some test users without any other permission except being a jira-user and having cost tracker access. These users where able to see and edit global settings in cost tracker.

How can we debug/test/evaluate any further?
