Tempo Permissions

I have followed all the permissions for setting up tempo but I have no users to select from when I go to create a team. 

Have I missed something?

Hi @Nellie Zar

Can you please check that you have the "Browse users and groups" permission in JIRA Settings, System, Global permissions, as this is the permission that allows viewing lists of JIRA user names in dropdowns? 

Can you please also check that the "atlassian-addons-admin" group has this permission also? This group is used in JIRA Cloud to give apps access to populate the list of users. 

In case both you and the group have this permission, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6.
