Hi Bianca

You could try opening development tools -> console and see what error is there. If the problem persists, I recommend issuing a support ticket with our support team so they can investigate. You can submit a ticket here: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6

Hope the problem resolves quickly!

Best regards,

Ólöf (Tempo team)

Hi Ólöf,

thank you for your answer.

I opened now a ticket as a lot of my colleagues are also seeing this problem (working from office and home, so not at the same network).

Console states ton´s of errors like:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 ()

Error while parsing the 'sandbox' attribute: 'allow-storage-access-by-user-activation' is an invalid sandbox flag.

Hi again Bianca

Tempo Planner is experiencing some loading issues that are probably the source of your problems. You can monitor our status page for updates on the matter: https://status.tempo.io/ Our team is working hard on a solution.

Let me know if the problem persists on your end.

Best,

Ólöf (Tempo team)
