I am using Jira Cloud with Tempo. For an unknown reason, some users do not have access to tempo anymore.
I see the following messages :
"loading app..." but the app never loads
"app is not responding. Wait or Cancel?" ...and nothing happens

Can you please ask the affected users to do a hard refresh on their browser.
In case the problem persists, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support system (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6) so we can better investigate this.
