Test Case plugins for JIRA On Demand?

It appears Zephyr only works for the server version of Jira. Is there ANY way to get Zephyr to work with a Cloud installation at this point, perhaps with a Zephyr extension of some sort?

Alternatively, for a JIRA Cloud install, are there competent options for test plan/test case management? We're looking mainly at manual test cases with a future of automated test cases so a solution which has support for both is desirable.
