Test Management for JIRA - Unable to see Plans and Runs created

I'm in the midst of evaluating Test Management for JIRA and I do like it so far. The only issue that I am encountering is that when I create Test Runs and Test Plans, they are not displayed. I am able to see the number of plans/runs from the Folders sidebar, but when I click on it, nothing appears. Any help will be greatly appreciated. My colleague experienced the same issue, but it suddenly starting working for him. Others on our team have tried as well, and they are encountering the same issue as I. Thanks!
