Given there are Test cases/script associated with Test cycle. When test cases/script are later updated, and trying to update test script in the linked test cycle run, there remains in the same status and I keep getting message "Update this test script"
I personally haven't heard of Test Cycle before, however not all app vendors are active on the community. You also may or may not find users that use them as well, as there are thousands of apps out there!
I would recommend reaching out to the vendor directly
