Test execution zephyr

Hey , I'm an admin at my company Jira site - cloud.

All of our QA team are working with zephyr test management, though when I try I encounter  a white screen .

For example I created a test , when I press the execution button I enter a white screen - with no error message or any other info.

why is that ?
