The Control+Click sub menu doesn't work in Safari 12.1.1

Has anyone solved this issue in Safari 12.1.1 where the item submenu does not stick when invoked? It works in Chrome. I Control+Click and this menu appears. It doesn't stick in Safari.

Just wanted to share that disabling the ad-blocker StopTheMadness on my atlassian.com instance restored the contextual menu (aka right click) menu on Safari.

We’re seeing the same issue. I’ve contacted Atlassian support and they raised a bug report for it:
