The JMWE app will not load when I access post functions on a transition. Why does it fail to load?

I have post functions on a transition that uses JMWEs. None of the post functions that use JMWE will load. The little circle just keeps spinning and says "App is not responding. Wait or cancel." I've been told to unsubscribe and reinstall. I've done this twice and it worked once, then magically fixed itself. However, I don't believe having to constantly uninstall and reinstall a production add-in is a viable suggestion. Ideas?

Hi Chris,

did you make any change before the app stopped loading, such as (in particular) restoring Jira from a backup?

There is no other valid reason why the app would stop loading. If that happens again, you'll need to reach out to Atlassian Support, as the problem lies within Jira, not JMWE. They'll invite JMWE support to participate if necessary.
