The JQL in my filters disappears so I can't edit

I am trying to edit the JQL for some filters that I use to surface issues. 

When either: 

- I hit "advanced" to go from the normal editing mode to the JQL mode, or

- I load the page (for queries that are too complex to display in "simple" mode) 

The JQL I have written (or that was generated) shows up ever so briefly but then disappears and I cannot edit it

How do I fix this?

• Is just in this filter that you are facing this issue or in other filters too?
• Are other users facing this issue or just you?
• In all browsers do you face this issue? Including private mode?
