The Jira server could not be contacted...... error occur

After Greenhopper upgrade to 6.0.1 and other plugins, I see the message The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

I use JIRA 5.0.2 on Linux (Suse).

How can I fix it?

It's probably related to this bug... https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-29386

Try restarting Jira.
