The Resolution of the issue will be set to Done post function

I am using JIRA cloud 

In the default workflow when there is a transition from (in progress–> to done ) i see a post function with name " The Resolution of the issue will be set to Done"

When i created custom workflow and in last transition from (testing—> completed)  i want to use the same post function but i do not see that post function how do i set it up.?

Reason there is a resolution field by default in issue and it always shows "unresolved"  can i remove thie resolution filed ?
