I use the cloud free version of Jira.
The backlog and active scrum views have disappeared from the board for one of my projects (software managed by the company).
I removed a filter that seemed to be unused earlier this week. Is this the cause of my problem and how can I fix it?

Thanks for your quick answer.
Tickets have not disappeared. It's the "Backlog" and "Active Sprint" tabs that are no longer available (horizontal menu ... (here in French).
I've created a new project and transferred all the tasks from the project with the problem to this new project. Everything seems to have been solved at the cost of losing some information that I've been able to reconstitute...
Let's hope the problem doesn't reappear!

What exactly do you mean by "have disappeared"? Are the respective tabs no longer shown when accessing the Scrum board?
Removing the filter should not be part of this problem, since you should have been prompted that it's used elsewhere - see this example when trying to use the filter used by a board:
