Hello

I'm experiencing this error when I try to Create an Issue

The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

System tries to load and gives this error message after few minute. When I Restart Jira it will be correct. What could this problem from be?

Hello

You need to check 2 points:
1) The presence of free RAM, and where it goes
2) The work of your database and the resources for its work

Both problems cause this effect.

Hello Yevhen

I have 90% Free (Used: 1280 MB Total: 12444 MB) memory and would you please say me what to check in the database ?

It is RAM memory or SSD/HDD? For Database check connect, and also memory.

We had a similar problem and solved it by cleaning the RAM

It is RAM memory.

Thanks Yevan but i don't think that's my  problem.
