The issue does not appear in the sprint phase but shows up in the project

Good morning, everyone,
I'm having an issue where when I include a 'problem' in a deploy phase, it's not showing up on the sprint board, but it does appear within the project. Does anyone know why this might be happening

three possible reasons for this:

1- the filter you are using for your board is not retrieving the ticket you are after, kindly validate that from the filter view.

2- the ticket is not added to the Sprint.

3- status of that ticket is not mapped to any of the columns in your board.

in case none of the above works, it would be good to provide some more details and screenshots.
