The issue status automatically changes to reviewed

yufeng wang July 27, 2021

When I open an issue (JIRA link), occasionally it will automatically change the issue status to revived. It has happened many times. Whether it is my own topic or someone else's topic, this problem has the opportunity to happen.

The action of changing to revived is shown in the figure below, but I'm sure I don't have this operation myself. It has happened five or six times. At first, I thought I was late~

@yufeng wang  Check if you are using automation to automatically change the status or postfunction

yufeng wang July 27, 2021

Sorry, I don't use automation, and I can't see the entry of this function in the project settings(I guess I don't have permission)

And this problem happens occasionally. It doesn't happen every time I open the JIRA link. At present, the law of occurrence has not been found~

It is possible that you use certain conditions to trigger the postfunction or rule

Go under history of your Jira ticket and see who did the transition

It's me. I checked the history and found that I modified it.

This is the strange thing. I didn't change it
