The language of my invoices are wrongly detected.

Hello there,

Today, I want to download the English invoices of my account. However, I found the invoice downloaded in "Billing" section is in Japanese language.

Based on the documentation as stated Here , I have already set my "default language" to be "English (United States)". I expected I can download my invoices in English language, but I found all invoices are in Japanese.

What can I do now?

Hi,

The language of your invoice depends on the language setting of the Billing/Tech contact of your site. However this setting is different from the site or Atlassian account's language preference and it can be set only from our side.

That being said, could you ask your Billing/Tech contact to raise a support request from https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
