The linked image cannot be displayed

Hi,

When a user updates an Issue in Jira it sends an email to the owner.

We are using Outlook. When we open the email there is a Green Background where the image should be displayed and it says "The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location"

We are not sure if this has always been the case or since we introduced Sophos Email Gateway

The error you mentioned doesn't look like something to do with the Confluence page. You might want to fix it using the resolution mentioned here.
