The names of the people on the project are not showing up in the Reporter field selections.

I created a ticket and want to change the reporter to someone else who was newly added to the project. They were added and show up in the list of the people who have access to the project (all have Development Team roles), but they don't show up in the list of names to choose from for the Reporter field. However, they do show up when editing the Assignee field.

I found what was going on. Although the names don't appear in the drop-down list, they do appear if I start typing their names in.

Hi @Steve Hooczko

On the permission scheme used by the project, is the Developer Team role mentioned on the right permissions.

Browse is the minimum permission the project role should have.

Development Team appears on Browse Projects, View Read-Only Workflow, Assignable User, Assign Issues, Create Issues, Edit Issues, Link Issues ... However, Modify Reporter does not have Development Team in its permissions. However, previous members appear for the reporter field, but the new ones don't.
