The new version has very slow performance and it takes a long time to open the pop-up window

Sorry to hear that the performance of your site seems to be slower. Since your account is not listed as a site-admin, you are not able to open a support case directly with our support team.
I would recommend reaching out to a site-admin and ask them to create a support ticket on your behalf. This way, our team can further investigate the details of both your cloud environment and perhaps your route to it as a means to better understand the expected performance.
If you are unable to do that for some reason, please let me know, perhaps I can create a support case on your behalf.
