The only role for members of a Bussiness Project is Admin?

I just created a new Bussiness Project in Jira and when trying to add members to it, the only available option is to set them as Administrators.

Compared to the projects I used to use (Scrum), I had the possibility to add people with other roles (like members, etc) with low privileges.

On the other hand, is there any way to set these Bussiness Projects to hidden for the rest of the organization? (for the people which is not specificlty added to it)?

Already found the answer:

I can create a new role from  SYSTEM/Project Roles.
