The "Create linked issue" is missing. Help in setting up the screen.

Hello. There is no create linked issues screen in the software project. There is a screen in the business project. An automation tool in this situation is not the best solution. I am asking for help in solving the problem.

The create linked issue function is for JSM only at the moment - it's for cases where an Agent thinks "oh, hang on, this needs to go to a developer / other team, so I need to raise a linked copy in another project".

It would be nice to have it in other project types, but I doubt it would see much use.

There is currently a feature request for this
