When you go to the top search option and type "/" you typically see the "Go to all: Issues, Boards, Project, Filters" etc. That has gone missing for me. It appears that it maybe browser related as users on older chrome version are not seeing this issue.
Hello Members,
Thanks for your patience, and taking the time to give us feedback on the recent changes with quick search in Jira. You opinions are important to me and my teams.
In our constant effort to improve the search experience in more than one way, we experiment with features and tweaks that we humbly believe has the potential to improve the usability and hence to help users find content quickly. As part of adding filter options, the removal of ‘Go to all: Issues, Boards, Project, Filters’ was to declutter the interface to avoid cognitive overload.
But this seems to have interrupted the flow of what customers prefer. We’ve taken your feedback and have re-instated this.
We strive to keep the disruptions minimum as we introduce or modify features. Apologies in advance! If you’d like to participate in future experiments via EAP (Early access programs) read here for more information and sign up if you are interested.
Sincerely.

Viduh,
thanks for returning both the quick links and the “advanced search for issues”. One suggestion I have conveyed earlier is to allow advanced JQL Search to be built directly into the Search bar. Note it would be ok to not have a full featured solution with auto fill recommendations. It is interesting to note that if you do enter a JQL statement it sort of works.
example....
this - project = fit and assignee = don
becomes this - project = FIT AND text ~ "Project = and assignee = don"

Hi Fawad,
What do you see in place of the dropdown - are you able to describe the behavior (cursor blinks and no dropdown) or provide a screenshot?
What browser and version are you currently using? And are you able to try on another browser on your machine - does the issue keep happening there too?
Thanks,
Daniel

I think he is referring to the following process:
1. Click on the Search box in the new top nav
2. At the bottom of that pop-up used to be the "Go to all: Issues, Boards, Project, Filters" etc. But it is no longer there.
Same with my view of it also.

"View all _______" is available under the respective dropdowns for Projects, Filters (issues), Dashboards, etc.
The "/" search dropdown now just shows the most recently accessed items without giving specific options to "view all". I think this is just how the new navigation is moving but still want to confirm with @Fawad Haq that you at least get recent items when clicking in the search bar. Thanks!
