Following situations appeared twice.

The same time 2 different teams create 2 separate sprints:

Team A creates Sprint A, Team B creates Sprint B.

Team A includes issue I into Sprint A from backlog, the same time Team B see that issue I is in sprint B.

Teams schedules were arranged the way that prevent appearing the problem

Just to clarify:

the problem is "Team B see that issue I is in sprint B" (issue is in wrong sprint) - but nobody included issue in sprint B

Looks like you can have them in the backlog but not on a started or planned sprint.
