Today I have problem when I invite an email to our team but the status is stuck at Invited
She also can not access any service in Jira even we did set up the right group
Is the anyone can help ?

Can you please reach out to this user and have them double check their mailbox, including Spam, and any other folders that this email might have been automatically moved to?
