Hello, 

The team is not receiving any emails on any changes to the tickets. even If our settings look fine. 

Can you please help us figure out this issue?

Hi Bhavani,

 

Did you check the notification scheme?

We are using the default notification schema, and only Admin users are getting the emails but not the JIRA users

Everything looks fine in Notification helper and Notification schema.. still not receving emails for any actionimage (4).png
