There is no delete/remove button for DoItBetter Calendar App in Manage apps. How can I remove it?

I cannot delete the DoItBetter Calendar app. I used it for a trial, did not wish to purchase it, and now I cannot remove the application. I need to remove it because it clutters my tickets.

Might be a stupid question, but did you try to log off and on again and access the Manage Apps section again.

I tried a few times (I've been trying to remove this application for a couple months now). It did finally work however, and I was able to pull up the actual manage page from within atlatssian.net/plugs/servlet/upm, click the dropdown for DoitBetter Calender, and select Uninstall. I am not sure what caused the error every other time, or why it worked this time, so I apologize I cannot offer a better solution/answer to what fixed it. However, since it is fixed, I am closing this ticket.
