There's a nifty Time Tracking Feature that I saw in someone's Jira ticket

It is hard to say which time tracking app you are referring too. 

For calculating time automatically and timesheet feature, you might try Clockwork.

I use an add on called auto work log. It will calculate the time in the statuses you wish. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for.
