why i got this error "This archive doesn't contains any valid attachments" and how i can fix it?

try unzipping your backup and uploading the jira data and the attachments as separate zip files?

The JIRA importer will sometimes fail on a zip that has both the jira data and the attachments in a single Zip files. 
One zipfile should have the following two files:

• entities.xml
• activeobjects.xml
  the other zipfile should have the following:
• data (folder)
