I wanted to use Jira as ticketing for our external customer but I just find the possibility to create internal ticket.

Welcome to the community!
While there are certainly many ways to allow external customers to create tickets, it sounds like Jira Service Management would be the best fit for you.
Despite its name, Jira Service Management (JSM) is a different product than Jira Work Management or Jira Software. So there might be an additional license purchase required, at least if you need more than three agents to answer customer tickets.
