I'm having an issue where tickets I've created are not appearing in my board, but they do appear in my list.
For Example:
I've confirmed no filters are applied and they are grouped by status (which is what I want).

Is the status of the issues missing from your board "Done"?
If so, be advised that the board for a Jira Work Management project will automatically hide done issues (those in a green-colored status) when they have been in that status for more than 14 days. This is not configurable. It is by design to remove "clutter" from the board on the assumption that you don't need to see on the board the issues that have been done for more than 2 weeks.
This seems to be it. The one's that have been hidden are indeed 2+ weeks old. And a few tickets that just turned 15-16 days old also were just hidden.

Please check if Quick filters, Board filters, from Board settings which might be hiding the old tickets which are already closed.
