Hi.

I want to figure out this issue.

1. I linked as blocks A ticket and B ticket in the same epic.

2. I set the sprint 1~ 5

3. I put A ticket in the sprint 2 and the other ticket in the sprint 4.

4. Now I'm doing sprint 3.

those are my condition so far.

So, why B ticket are not appear on the Sprint 4?

there are lot of epics and tickets but only this B ticket has problem.

Hi, If the ticket B is Epic issue type, then Epic issue type will be shown only on Epic panel and not in backlog or Active sprint board.

If issue B is story or Task issue type, then you need to check the JQL used to board filter, to check if issue B is excluded in this JQL.

Go to board settings >> General, look for the filter query used on the board. We need to check if this query includes the issue that you are looking for in backlog.
