Tickets on top of column Kanban board

Hi,

Is there a nice way of making an issue to en up on the top of a column by default?

Or even better, to be able to move one issue from one column to another an put it on the desired priority already from the first drag-and-drop? (as enabled in Next-gen)

I'm not aware of any way to do this during the drag and drop operation.

However if there is an identifier within your issues, say a specific field like priority etc. you could enable swim lanes on your board and use a JQL query to capture what you want to see at the top i.e. create a lane "Expedite" with JQL query priority = highest.
