Tickets submitted in Zendesk are going to the top of the backlog in Jira.

I would like tickets submitted in Zendesk to go to the bottom of the backlog they are sent to in Jira rather than the top. Is this possible?

Im looking for a method to automatically create Jira tickets from Zendesk spport tickets.

What tool or integration are you using to do this?
