I used to be able to see all tickets, regardless of their status, in my "Backlog."
However, one day, tickets with the status "In Test" suddenly disappeared from the "Backlog." Now, I have to go to the "Issues" board and apply filters to locate them.
If I change the ticket status from "In Test" to something else, it'll then show up again in "Backlog"
Is there a way to configure which ticket statuses are visible in the "Backlog"?
Hello @Melody P
Do you have an Quick/Custom filters enabled that may be excluding the "In Test" issues from the display?
Checking the filter used by the board is the next step, to confirm it does not exclude the "In Test" status. However, if you are working with a Team Managed Software project and the board that is built in to such a project, those board's don't allow the filter to be changed. They pull all issues in the project.
What type of project's issues are being shown in the board? Get the project Type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Is the board a scrum board or a kanban board?
When you review the mapping of Statuses to board Columns, is the "In Test" status mapped to a column or is it in the Unmapped Statuses area?
Hi @Melody P
Please check are there any board configuration errors?

Besides checking the board settings, also check the filter that the board is using to make sure it returns the work items that you expect.
