Dear Mr. Fatehi,
we released  "xPort - Custom Worklog Export for JIRA" for JIRA 7+ on the Atlassian Marketplace including the possibility to create a Excel Export for time spent per person for any activity in a defined period (e.g. week).

You can get this report automatically every week via e-mail.
