Time Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud - 50 users

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Add-ons and plugins

I couldn´t fidn the addon named Time Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud. How can i buy it from marketplace on behalf of the end-user? I am a reseller and i do have the customer´s SEN number and email registered.

Not sure if i understood the answer correctly. 
Targetware Informatica Ltda is a reseller and we would like to know how we could quote and buy the add-on Time Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud, for 50 users. This add-on was not found on marketplace and the end user already has the Time Reports for JIRA Cloud and is asking for 50 users now (see attached file).

Being a end user you cannot and it's not possible to get the add-on, because you're restricted to touch the owner's(system hosted) database.
