Time Tracking not popup

I’m facing an issue where the time tracking feature does not appear in the ticker. Could you please help us resolve this

Hi there,

Are you using an app to track your time ? Like Tempo or EasyTime?

There might be a different setting to enable Log Work depending on which app it is used.

If you are just using the Jira that comes with the software to log time, it can be the project permissions that are preventing you from doing so.

Can you try clicking on "..." on the right side of the issue, can you see Log Work?

If not, can you please check your Project Settings/Permissions and check what is set for Work on Issues :
