Time Tracking report by user

I have a team who are working tickets in Jira. For each ticket I have assigned a original estimate. The team is then tracking their time using the worklog. I am trying to see if there is a report where i can compare the original time vs. time logged.

The time tracking report has most of what I want, but it shows all the tickets in the project and not by sprint. Also, it doesnt allow me to filter by user. Is there an easy way to filter by user and date range?
