Hi,
I'm using the TTS (Time to SLA) plugin in JIRA and I've configured new SLA configs.
I am now building by Dashboard and added a few TTS widgets, but when I try to configure these widgets, I can only see the "old" SLA configs that were already existing, and cannot see the new ones I've just created.
I've now been waiting for 2 days as maybe there would be an asynchronous synchronization of data definitions, but I still cannot see my SLA configs in the TTS widgets...
Can someone let me know if there is something I need to do to solve this.
I've changed the CRON expressions to run every 10 min, but it has not solved.
Would that be a permission issue ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards
Damien
That was due to a know error from TTS version 7.2.0: that version was using a JIRA data loader which was caching the SLA configs forever, and never fetching the new ones.
A workaround has been to restart the JIRA server.
The final fix was to upgrade to the latest version of the plugin compatible with our JIRA: TTS 7.7.0.
Thanks Snapbytes for your good support.

Hello Damien,
After adding new SLAs, you should generate SLA data for already existing issues. Please go to TTS menu > Generate SLA data page, write JQL for those issues and proceed.
If you still have problems please raise a ticket here and our team will respond ASAP.

Hi Tuncay,
Thanks a lot for your answer.
Unfortunately, I've done this multiple times and I still cannot see my SLA configs in any widget dropdown....
I've already open the ticket TTSDESK-503... waiting for more help.
This is really urgent now as we committed to have this ready for the client in 2 days...
Regards
Damien
