Hi,
We have recently started using the big picture plug on to Jira for forecasting effort and confirming time through the 'original estimate' and 'time tracking' fields.
My question - Is there a way to easily view number of hours that have been 'tracked' by team members for a particular period?
Ideally, I am looking to get a report that I can view weekly to confirm time has been tracked/confirmed for team members for the week prior.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
Is your staff adding hours in each task? If so, you could use the "resources" tab in BigPicture and see if that displays what you need it to display.
Hope that helps.

The Resources module provides all crucial information to manage resources both at project and portfolio levels but also can give an insight into resource utilization on a PI/Sprint level.

Hi Anna,
Thanks so much for your reply. I am familiar with the resources view and have been using this to view future forecasted capacity, workload and remaining capacity.
What i'm not clear on though, is how can I look backwards to review how many hours have been logged/confirmed per individual - for example, if i wanted to review how many hours an individual had logged for the week prior? Is there a way to view the sum of all time logged per individual?
Thanks for your help!!
Amy

Currently, there is no possibility to calculate the exact sum of logged work in a defined period of time. However, we are aware that this functionality is very useful for our clients, and it’s already on our Roadmap.

Any chance you could share new links to feature requests? These are not valid anymore.
Also, are there any updates on logged time to be visible on Resource module?
Cheers,
Tom
