Time tracking plugin

We are planning to make use of JIRA for time tracking purpose. Is there any free JIRA plugin available which can give timesheet report (resource-datewise work effort), approval process and export feature?

At the moment, there is no plugin bundled in Atlassian OnDemand that can achieve this, except for the Tempo Plugin. Although this plugin is not free, the features offered may fulfill your requirements.
