Time tracking

Can we put a condition the following condition

Users should not enter time against an issue if he is not assigned to that issue/issue should not accept the time unless a user assigned to a task?

If you log your time only during the transitions, you can add the following condition to achieve what you want:

Only Assignee Condition

You can use properties in status/transition to do this, like

jira.permission.worklogeditown.assignee = true

Or anything similar

Actually i am without from jira with datas to test.
