Timetracking fields not available for classic projects on Jira Cloud ?

Nolwenn Guillemot October 6, 2020

Hello,

I am trying to create personnalised reports to show the work done on JIRA. As I need to sum up time tracked on the subtasks to tasks, and on the tasks to epics, I used "Jira Cloud for Sheets" Google Sheets add-on that used JQL requests.

I used the fiels aggregatetimespent aggregatetimeestimate.

What I do not understand is that on Next-Gen project, those fields on the add-on have the correct values, but when I export the data from a classic project, the value are empty.

I can't find what I need to setup to have the same behavior.

EDIT : Those fields sum up sub-tasks work to parent (tasks), but not from tasks to epic for a classic project, while it does on a next-gen project. Is there something to add on Classic projects ?

Thanks a lot for your kind help!

To correct my question :

Those fields sum up sub-tasks work to parent (tasks), but not from tasks to epic for a classic project, while it does on a next-gen project.
