Hi. In our backlog the titles of issue tickets aren't visible until the issue is clicked and the description has loaded.
Alternatively, I need to change the status of any ticket in the backlog for all the titles to be suddenly visible.
This is an issue on one particular board. Testing another board, this issue hasn't appeared.
Previously, everything was alright.
It looks like this for all the tickets.
Everything, except of the title and priority, otherwise is visible.
This is our teams current experience, after loading for 30 mins, then another refresh waiting another 30 mins. Not sure exactly what is happening, VPNs are all turned off.

I am pretty sure this is a recent bug that has been introduced. You need to open a support ticket with Atlassian so they are aware that you are having a problem.

I see the same thing sometimes, normally a page refresh fixes it but sometimes it lasts for a while but if I come back later it works ok, it feels like latency issues to the database

S6-3947 seems to be summary of bug. Isn't it? What do you means eith "title"? is Title the summary of the ticket?
