I want to know how to import jira-ticket of another account (including the attached file)

Hi @KOJI and welcome to the community!

You can export this issue(s) to CSV and then import them to your instance. You can use REST API to upload your attachments. However, if it's only one ticket, I would do it manually.

Things to take into account are:

  • make sure all necessary fields are setup on your new instance/project
  • make sure (if importing the issues) to have setup the proper workflow (otherwise you will map the statuses to the current workflow you have)
  • double check that the import is done properly and you have no information loss.
