Too many redirects error

Getting too many redirects error when logging into my company Home Depot jira. URL thd.atlassian.net

I posted this answer in the other ticket as well.

We resolved this issue by removing the Atlassian from our Google profiles

• https://myaccount.google.com/security -> Apps with access to your account.
• "Revoke Access" for Atlassian under 'Signing in to other sites"

I've had success clearing cookies/data for the misbehaving site.

In Chrome: "Preferences > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data > See all cookies and site data" and then enter a portion of the domain to search for (in your case: "thd.atlassian" should be enough).

You can start small (and just delete cookies) and retry, or use the "Remove All Shown" button to expand the scope.

Different browsers will have different ways to nuke cookies and other local data.
