I want to establish a connection between requirement gathering tool - Top Team and JIRA.

Is anyone aware of any plugins thats can help establish it?

We are working on a plugin which will get the tasks from Top Team to JIRA.

It is almost completed soon it will be available on JIRA marketplace.

The Tasktop Sync tool may be able to do what you want. It would depend on whether they support the requirements tool that you use.
